Pavel Kolla

Pavel Kolla has extensive work experience in software development and engineering. Pavel started their career in 1997 as a Junior Java Programmer and Web Developer at International Systems Research, where they contributed to the development of a multi-user telecommunication software package.

In 1998, they worked as a Software Engineer at Argonne National Laboratory/UIUC, where they developed an automated system for data collection and analysis. Pavel then moved on to Parkland College in 1999 as a Senior Web Developer, where they were involved in designing and developing a comprehensive web-based remote education platform.

From 2002 to 2003, Pavel worked as a Software Engineer and DBA at Notebook Solutions, focusing on designing and implementing warehouse stock management solutions. Pavel also worked on side projects involving intranet repair order processing systems and e-commerce integration.

At Ganz, Pavel held the position of Senior IT Specialist and Software Engineer from 2004 to 2007. Pavel designed and implemented a web-based framework for an online service targeted at children. Their responsibilities included data analysis and modeling, implementation of release deployment and content propagation mechanics, and leading the systems maintenance team.

From 2010 to 2013, Pavel worked as a System Engineer and Software Developer at Autocenter Aurora. Pavel developed a DDD/MDE framework and implemented a modular ERP/CRM solution based on it. Additionally, they participated in overall system design, maintained the development environment, and organized project maintenance and deployment.

At Stream LLC, Pavel worked as a Service Developer and Software Engineer from 2013 to 2015. Pavel supported legacy applications and migrated them to an enterprise-level scalable solution. Pavel also participated in data modeling, developed media edge delivery and VoD backend platforms, and documented the systems.

From 2015 to 2022, Pavel worked as a Lead Developer at EzyInsights. During this period, they led a team of developers and played a crucial role in the continuous improvement of the company's products.

Currently, Pavel is working at Midaxo as a Lead Developer, leading a team responsible for continuous improvements of a comprehensive ERP platform targeting the M&A sector. Pavel is involved in overall architecture refining, systems design, and backend implementations of document processing and text matching mechanics.

Throughout their career, Pavel has gained expertise in various technologies and tools such as Linux, Python, PHP, Perl, MySQL, JavaScript, and many others.

From 1994 to 1997, Pavel Kolla attended Saint-Petersburg State Polytechnical University. During this time, they pursued studies in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science.
