Jason Pomeroy

Jason Pomeroy is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as a Director at MidCap Financial since May 2022, previously holding the titles of Vice President and Assistant Vice President within the Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance Team. Prior to this, Jason was a Senior Associate at Apogem Capital from September 2019 to May 2022, and an Associate focusing on underwriting and portfolio management of middle-market private equity-backed senior debt products. Previously, Jason gained experience as an Analyst at Antares Capital LP, specializing in structuring and underwriting middle-market private equity transactions. Jason's earlier roles include Experienced Consultant and Consultant at West Monroe Partners, where services were provided to various industries including private equity and healthcare. Jason began the career as an Operations Excellence Consulting Intern at West Monroe Partners and also completed a Business Internship at Aon in the Risk Solutions Department. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Economics and Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in 2015, and graduated from Glenbrook North High School in 2011.
