Rachel Yanders

Rachel Yanders is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as AVP in Leveraged Finance at MidCap Financial since November 2023, previously holding the position of Associate in Leveraged Finance. Prior experience includes serving as a Credit Delivery Analyst/Associate at Truist Securities from July 2021 to October 2023 and working as a Student Ambassador at the Darla Moore School of Business, where responsibilities included conducting tours and supporting event organization. Rachel also gained valuable experience as a Real Estate Equity Product Management Intern at Barings, a Redevelopment Intern at Asana Partners, and a Resident Mentor at the University Housing at the University of South Carolina. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina and has studied at QUT as well.
