Tyler Jones

Tyler Jones has a strong background in finance and corporate strategy. Tyler currently serves as the Director of Finance at MidCentral Energy since April 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Associate in Finance and Corporate Strategy at Ascent Resources from January 2019 to April 2023. Additionally, Tyler held positions as a Corporate Development Manager at Patterson-UTI from April 2017 to August 2018, and as a Corporate Strategy Manager at Seventy Seven Energy from January 2014 to April 2017. Tyler started their career as a Business Analyst at Chesapeake Energy from August 2012 to January 2014.

Tyler Jones has a strong education background in business and economics. Tyler obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Oklahoma in 2009. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business, earning both a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Corporate Finance and a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from 2010 to 2012. In 2014, Tyler Jones attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business for Executive Education in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions. Additionally, they hold a Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
