Terrence Kelley

Terrence Kelley is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the housing and community service sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at MidCity since March 2024, Kelley previously held the same position at Edgewood Management from October 1998 to March 2024, along with a tenure as Senior Vice President. Additionally, Kelley has contributed to the Affordable Housing Conference of Montgomery County as a Board Member since February 2022 and has been a Board Member for the Community Services Foundation, Inc. from September 2016 to August 2024.
