Ben Dold

Ben Dold has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Ben is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Midcontinent, where they have been since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior VP of Operations and Vice President of Central Operations at the same company. Before joining Midcontinent, Ben worked as the Senior Director of Marketing Insights & Consumer Sales, Director of Marketing Analytics and Insights, Marketing Analytics Manager, and Marketing Analyst at various organizations. Ben started their career as a Financial Analyst at Schwans and later became the Manager of Field Strategy at the same company. Ben also worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Navarre Corporation. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a focus on driving revenue growth and delivering a positive customer experience.

Ben Dold completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from Saint John's University from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued an MBA in General Business at St. Cloud State University from 2007 to 2009.
