Suzie O'Meara

Suzie O'Meara has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Suzie currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Operations at Midcontinent, where they started in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Augustana University (SD) from November 2020 to July 2022, serving as the MBA Program Director, Strategic Partnerships, and Community Engagement. Suzie also held the interim position of Chief Executive Officer at Great Plains Zoo & Delbridge Museum of Natural History from April 2020 to November 2020.

From 2015 to 2020, Suzie worked at The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society in multiple roles. Suzie was promoted to the position of Foundation President in October 2017, where they provided leadership and oversight to the foundation that raised an annual average of $10 million. Suzie then became the Vice President of Development for the Good Samaritan Foundation from 2015 to 2017, leading a team of fundraisers and strategically growing the foundation's development program.

Before that, Suzie held leadership roles at SONIFI Solutions, Inc. from 2013 to 2015, including Vice President of Strategic Accounts, and at LodgeNet Interactive Corporation from 2008 to 2013, where they served as Senior Director and Director of National Account Management.
