Sarah Pearce

Sarah Pearce has over a decade of experience in client services and customer management, currently serving as Client Services Associate Supervisor at Equity Trust Company since January 2013. In this role, Sarah Pearce is responsible for researching and documenting escalated client transactions and managing a high-volume call center team, focusing on hiring, training, and employee engagement. Previously, Sarah Pearce held the position of Customer Service Manager at Midco Connections. Educationally, Sarah Pearce is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of South Dakota, having already earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from the University of Sioux Falls, completing studies in 2023.
