James Brush

James Brush has extensive experience in the banking industry, currently serving as the Market Team Leader at MidCountry Bank since July 2011, overseeing growth initiatives for retail branches in Minnetonka, Bloomington, Buffalo, and Shorewood while providing leadership and development for branch teams. Prior to this role, James held positions as Branch Manager at both Anchor Bank from 2007 to 2010 and Bremer Bank from 2001 to 2007, where responsibilities included business development, consumer lending, and office management. James holds a degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth, completed between 1976 and 1981, and is a graduate of Hopkins High School.
