Steen Vinderslev

Steen Vinderslev is a seasoned leader in municipal administration, currently serving as Kommunaldirektør for Middelfart Kommune since June 2022, following a previous tenure in the same role at Furesø Kommune from August 2019 to May 2022. Prior to this, Steen Vinderslev held the position of CEO at Middelfart Kommune from April 2011 to August 2019, leading a municipality characterized by green growth and managing a large workforce amid economic challenges. Additional experience includes roles as Direktør for stabene at Middelfart Kommune, where responsibility lay in overseeing the merger of three municipalities, and as Viceøkonomichef at Fredericia Kommune. Steen Vinderslev's academic qualifications include an EMBA in Executive Change Management and a Cand.scient in Geography, both from Aarhus University.
