Charlotte Hefner

Charlotte Hefner is an accomplished public relations professional with a diverse background in account management and sales. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Middle Child since September 2021, Charlotte has worked with key accounts including Hyundai, Kraft, Dairy Farmers of Ontario, and PrescribeIT by Canada Health Infoway, where responsibilities include drafting media materials, managing media relations, and crafting op-eds for subject matter experts. Prior experience includes roles at Audi Downtown Toronto as a Brand Specialist and Downtown Subaru as a Sales and Leasing Consultant, where significant sales achievements were made. Additional experience includes a Sales Specialist role at RIMOWA, contributing to brand growth in North America, and an early position as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at The Boulevard Club. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts in Arts and Contemporary Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University and an Honours Graduate Certificate in Public Relations from Humber College.
