Ivan Aleksic

Ivan Aleksic is an accomplished Senior Customer Experience Strategist at MBC GROUP, where responsibilities include leading CX strategy for Shahid, MENA's leading Arabic VOD platform with over 10 million global users. Previous roles include Principal at NEXT50, where strategic design leadership was provided for a joint venture startup focused on industrial AI, and Principal at Digital14, overseeing design strategy for a major digital transformation program affecting over 800 Abu Dhabi government services. Ivan also served as Chief Design Officer at Techump, founding and leading the global design studio Viewnic, and held several design leadership roles across various companies, contributing to numerous successful projects in branding, UX/UI design, and digital services. Education includes a degree in Construction Engineering Technician from Secondary Technical School of Architecture and ongoing studies in Technology, management, and design of furniture and wood products at the University of Belgrade.
