Mahmoud Zaghloul

Mahmoud Zaghloul has been working as a Technical Support Specialist at MBC GROUP since March 2019. Prior to that, they were a Technical Support Engineer at kfmgroup starting in February 2018. From August 2016 to August 2018, Mahmoud worked as an IT Coordinator at FuturedDatame, where their responsibilities included selling products and services, performing cost-benefit analyses, maintaining positive business relationships, and presenting and promoting products/services. Before that, they were a Network Engineer at Inotek Systems from May 2015 to June 2016, where they administered and designed LANs, WANs, internet/intranet, and voicenetworks, and troubleshooted network connectivity.

Mahmoud Zaghloul pursued their education in Computer Science from 2009 to 2014 at the Higher Technological Institute, where they achieved a degree with a classification of "very good". In May 2017, they also obtained a certification in CCNA from CISCO.
