Mohammed Genaid began their work experience in 2012 as an IT Helpdesk at Wasla Contact Center, where they provided support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. In 2013, they worked as an IT System Administrator at ISI, where they managed servers, user accounts, and network setup. From 2014 to 2014, they worked as an IT Support Engineer at UIT, where they configured and installed equipment in a Microsoft Windows environment and provided on-site and remote support. In 2015, they worked as an IT System Administrator at Arkan Developers, maintaining system efficiency and troubleshooting user-reported problems. In 2017, they became a Senior Information Technology Engineer at RAK e-Government Authority. Currently, they are a Network Operations Center Engineer at MBC GROUP since 2023.

Mohammed Genaid completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at HTI from 2006 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in the field of IT, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (obtained in July 2023), Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 4: Certified Professional (obtained in May 2022), Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (obtained in February 2022), System administration and IT Infrastructure Services (obtained in November 2020), Exam 411: Administering Windows Server 2012, Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching), Exam 409: Server Virtualization with Windows Server Hyper-V and System Center, Exam 410: Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012, CCNA, and MCSA.
