Nour Aly

Nour Aly, Assoc CIPD, is an experienced HR professional with over a decade of expertise in human resources and property consultancy. Currently serving as HR Manager at MBC GROUP since March 2012, Nour provides strategic HR support across eight business units with a workforce of 1,000 employees. Prior to this role, Nour worked as a Property Consultant at Hamptons International - EMAAR Group from October 2010 to March 2012, and at ACI Real Estate from October 2009 to October 2010. Nour holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Practice from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Alexandria University. An academic foundation was established at Kaumeya Language School, where an American High School degree was earned from 1992 to 2005.
