Vaibhav Thakur has a diverse work experience across multiple companies and roles. Vaibhav currently serves as an Assistant Manager in Enterprise Risk Management at MBC GROUP, where they established risk reporting frameworks, conducted business impact analysis, and implemented process improvements.

Prior to this, Vaibhav worked as a Senior Consultant in Strategy & Risk Advisory at Protiviti Middle East Member Firm. Here, they led various engagements related to policies and procedures review, process improvements, and the development of delegation of authority manuals.

Before joining Protiviti, Vaibhav worked as a Digital Transformation Consultant at Gulf Oil & Gas LLC, where they led digital transformation initiatives and achieved significant improvements in project execution time, error reduction, and process digitization.

Earlier in their career, Vaibhav worked as a Project Lead at L&T Technology Services Limited, where they played a key role in expanding the company's engineering services portfolio in the Middle East region. Vaibhav also worked as a Systems Integration Consultant at Rolta India Limited.

Following that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Gokuldham High School between 2004 and 2006. Vaibhav then attended Rajhans Vidyalaya from 2006 to 2008 where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering Science. Continuing their academic journey, they enrolled at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2008 to 2012, where they studied Computer Science and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree. Currently, in 2020, Vaibhav Thakur is pursuing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Consulting Management at S P Jain School of Global Management.
