Paolo Casamassima serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Middle East Investor Relations Association since December 2023 and is the Founder of Bighous, a social impact investment vehicle established in January 2015 that focuses on redeveloping distressed properties in the UK for charities aiding underprivileged minorities and the homeless. From May 2015 to November 2023, Paolo held the position of Head of Global Market Intelligence at Orient Capital, leading various product lines. Previous roles include being a Board Trustee and Founding Member of It Takes a City Community Land Trust from December 2019 to November 2021, Director of Business Development and Operations at DF King Worldwide from October 2013 to May 2015, and Research Team Manager at Ipreo from October 2008 to October 2013. Educational qualifications include a Masters of Studies in Entrepreneurship from the University of Cambridge, an International MBA from the University of Valencia, an MA in Global Business from the University of Westminster, and a BA in Political Sciences and International Relations from Luiss Business School.
