Omar Elbouraie

Omar Elbouraie has a diverse work experience in the legal and compliance field. Omar began their career as a Paralegal at Alsafwa Al Alamia For Adovocates And Legal Counsltants in 2010. Omar then worked as a Lawyer at Mohammed Mady Lawfirm from 2011 to 2013. Omar later joined Ihqaq Lawful Center as a Legal Advisor from 2015 to 2018. Since 2018, they have been associated with Middle East Paper Company (MEPCO), where they have held various roles including Legal Advisor / Compliance and Board Secretary. Currently, Omar is serving as the Head of Legal & Compliance at MEPCO.

Omar Elbouraie pursued their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Mansoura University from 2005 to 2010. During this time, they studied various fields of law such as Civil Law, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Commercial Law, Administrative Law, and others.

In 2017, Omar attended Tanta University where they obtained a High Diploma in Contracts drafting and negotiating Arabic/English. This program lasted until 2018.

Before their university studies, Omar attended Al Mutanabi High School in Abu Dhabi Educational Zone from 2002 to 2005. Omar focused on scientific materials during their high school education.

In addition to their formal education, Omar has obtained several certifications. In 2010, they received the ICDL certification from UNISCO for their proficiency in computer skills. Subsequently, in 2018, they completed the 4 Days Practical Approach to Global Reporting Initiative course offered by the Marcus Evans Group. In 2019, Omar acquired the Board Secretary role in implementation of corporate governance certification from the WIFAQQ training Center. Finally, in 2020, they successfully completed the IFSAH Professional Exam offered by the Saudi Stock Exchange (TADAWUL).

It is worth noting that Omar also holds a CTCHD certification in Customer Service obtained from the Candian Training Center, although the specific month and year of completion are not provided.
