Mohanad Alwan is an experienced IT professional with a background in communication engineering. Currently serving as an IT Support & Help Desk officer at Middle East Payment Services since November 2021, Mohanad previously worked as a Communication Engineer at Waseela ICT from May 2016 to December 2019, where responsibilities included site engineering for Huawei projects in Saudi Arabia focused on 4G and 5G installations. Earlier roles include Technical Support Engineer at the Department of Statistics and Communication Engineer at Hunter Target for Computer Services, where Mohanad was involved in network extension and maintenance. Mohanad holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering from Al-Balqa Applied University, earned between 2010 and 2015.
