Pamela Fanelli

Pam Fanelli is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and analysis. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at the Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District since May 2020, Pam previously held the role of City Controller for the City of Albuquerque from November 2010 to May 2020. Earlier in their career, Pam worked as the Director of Strategic Profitability Analysis at Interstate Distributor Co. from June 1986 to November 2010. Pam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the UNM Anderson School of Management and a Master of Business Administration from Eastern New Mexico University.
