Rebecca Westergard

Rebecca Westergard has over a decade of experience in the utility and banking sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant Member Revenue Manager at Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation since November 2013, Rebecca leads teams and projects while managing TVA member billing and collections reporting. Prior to this, Rebecca held the position of Customer Accounting Manager at Murfreesboro Electric Department, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. Previous roles include Accountant at FirstBank, Mortgage Originator at Wells Fargo, and Banking Officer at Cavalry Banking. Rebecca holds a Master of Professional Studies in Strategic Leadership and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems, both from Middle Tennessee State University.
