Carolyn Lyons

Carolyn Lyons is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Superintendent of Middleborough Public Schools since July 2012, following previous roles as Director of Pupil Personnel Services and Secondary Special Education Facilitator within the same district. Prior to this, Carolyn Lyons practiced law as an Attorney at Murphy, Hesse, Toomey & Lehane LLP from September 2007 to July 2012, having initially joined the firm as a Law Clerk/Summer Associate. Additional legal experience includes Law Clerk positions at The Freeman Law Firm, P.C. and Reade, Gullicksen, Hanley & Gifford LLP. Carolyn Lyons holds a JD in Law from Suffolk University Law School and a BA in Economics and Government from Smith College.
