Sandy Huynh

Sandy Huynh is an experienced gardener currently contributing to the California Native Garden Foundation, focusing on the growth and care of edible California native plants. As the owner of Little Sandy Desert, an online plant nursery since November 2022, Sandy combines entrepreneurial skills with horticultural expertise. Previously, Sandy worked at Airfield Supply Company, where significant contributions included serving as a technical writer and budtender, creating standard operating procedures and training documents while improving personal sales through in-depth product knowledge. Additional experience at San Jose State University involved assisting with administrative tasks and event organization, complemented by a background in leadership from a role as a shift lead at Pieology Pizzeria. Sandy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation/Illustration from San Jose State University.
