Christopher Finlay has had a significant career in the real estate industry, with a focus on multi-family apartment communities. Christopher founded Middleburg Communities in 2010 and served as the CEO, where they successfully integrated investment, development, and management strategies. Finlay has also been involved in philanthropic endeavors, founding Entryway (formerly Shelters to Shutters) in 2014, which provides housing and employment opportunities for individuals experiencing homelessness. Prior to these ventures, they founded and served as the Managing Principal of Mission Residential, a multi-family real estate investment and operating company. Finlay's earlier experiences include roles at First Union National Bank and KPMG Peat Marwick. Christopher also served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps.
Christopher Finlay attended the University of South Carolina from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
