Corey Canfield

Corey Canfield has a diverse work experience in the real estate development industry. They served as a Vice President of Development at Middleburg Communities starting in November 2023. Prior to that, Corey worked as a Development Manager at Crescent Communities from March 2020 to November 2023. They also held the position of Development Manager at Providence One Partners from September 2017 to March 2020 and worked as a Real Estate Development Associate at the same company from July 2014 to September 2017. Corey started their career as a Leasing Agent at Park7 Group from November 2012 to June 2014 and had an internship at Providence One Partners from May 2013 to August 2013.

Corey Canfield obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management with a Real Estate Specialization from The University of Alabama's Culverhouse School of Business and Administration. The program was completed between 2010 and 2014.
