Jami Anderson

Jami Anderson has extensive work experience in various roles related to training, support, marketing, and property management. Jami's most recent position is as the Director of Training and Support at Middleburg Communities, starting in 2023. Prior to this, Jami worked at Highmark Residential, beginning in 2019, where they held multiple roles including National Manager of Training, Senior Marketing Director, and Regional Training and Marketing Director. From 2016 to 2019, Jami worked at Milestone Management as a Regional Training and Marketing Director and Community Director. Before that, Jami was with Fairfield Residential from 2012 to 2016, serving as Property Manager, Assistant Community Manager, and Leasing Manager. Jami also worked as a Leasing Professional at Legacy Partners from 2011 to 2012 and as a Leasing Consultant at Fairfield Residential from 2009 to 2011. Prior to entering the property management industry, Jami worked as a Private Nanny from 2006 to 2009 and as a Retail Sales Manager at Prime Communications from 2005 to 2006.

Jami Anderson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 2002 to 2005.
