Dan Leclair

Dan LeClair serves as the Director of Donor Relations at Middlebury College since 2018, leveraging extensive experience in nonprofit development and donor engagement. Previously, Dan held the position of Director of Development at 1% for the Planet from 2015 to 2018, where responsibilities included advising the CEO and expanding donor relationships. As Director of Development at Kimball Union Academy from 2013 to 2015, Dan oversaw the Daniel and Hannah Kimball Society and led its rebranding efforts. Dan's earlier roles include Associate Director of Development at The George Washington University, where a focus on major gifts and alumni engagement was key, and Legislative Correspondent for U.S. Senator John E. Sununu, which involved analyzing legislation on various issues. Dan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University in 2005.
