Derek Doucet

Derek Doucet serves as the Associate Vice President of Student Affairs for the Institute and Schools at Middlebury College, overseeing Student Affairs functions across multiple programs. With a career at Middlebury College beginning in 2003, Derek has held various leadership positions, including Associate Vice President and Dean of Students, and Senior Associate Dean of Students, where responsibilities involved managing multiple student affairs offices and serving on key committees. Prior experience includes directing outdoor programs and student activities while also providing outdoor education consulting services to institutions such as Dartmouth College and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Derek holds a Master's Degree in Adventure Education from Prescott College.
