Jacob Mnookin

Jacob Mnookin serves as the Director of Partnerships and Innovation for both Middlebury College and the Davis UWC Scholars Program since July 2022. Prior to this role, Jacob held the position of Director of Schools at SchoolHouse from July 2020 to March 2022 and founded Coney Island Prep in 2008, where leadership led to the school's expansion to accommodate 1,000 students. Jacob's career includes a fellowship with Building Excellent Schools, where research on successful public charter schools was conducted, and earlier roles such as Dean of Students at Summerfuel and Corps Member Advisor for Teach For America. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from Middlebury College.
