Jennifer Guinn Sellers

Jennifer Guinn Sellers, Ph.D., currently serves as the Senior Class Dean and Dean of the Junior Experience at Middlebury College, where responsibilities include overseeing the Class Deans Office and New Student Orientation, supporting the Junior Experience, and leading the assessment of learning outcomes. Previously, Jennifer held various roles at Green Mountain College, including Dean of Students, Dean of the Faculty, and Associate Professor of Psychology, where notable contributions included directing the Wilderness and Outdoor Therapy Program and serving on multiple committees. Jennifer's academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Social & Personality Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and a BS in Psychology from the University of Washington, alongside a certificate from the Academic Leadership Academy at Penn State University.
