Sheila Andrus Cameron

Sheila Andrus Cameron has extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and people management, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness & People Experience at Middlebury College since December 2007. Previous roles at Middlebury College include Director for Strategic Initiatives and Director of Organizational Development, along with a tenure as Training & Development Manager. Prior to Middlebury, Sheila Andrus Cameron owned Middebury Boarding & Daycare Kennel from February 2002 to December 2021 and held the position of Training & Development Manager at CiDRA from September 1999 to January 2002. Additionally, experience includes serving as Organizational Effectiveness Manager and Sales Account Manager at Seton Identification Products, a division of Brady Corporation, from 1989 to 1999. Sheila Andrus Cameron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Trinity College-Hartford and a Master of Science degree in Business from Albertus Magnus College.
