Mike Maenpaa

Mike Maenpaa has extensive experience in CAD design and administration, currently serving as CAD/PDM Administrator at Middleby Marshall since July 2016, where responsibilities include managing the SolidWorks CAD system and coordinating engineering change notices. Prior roles include CAD Designer/Drafter at Middleby Marshall and Aerotek, focusing on the design of 3D parts for conveyor ovens. Mike's earlier experience as Project Engineer at Colony Display Systems included creating custom displays and engineering packages, while previous positions at Eltek Valere and Henry Pratt Company involved designing components for power systems and maintaining CAD software. Mike's career began as a CAD Draftsman in various companies, providing a solid foundation in design and drafting across multiple industries. Mike holds an Associate's degree in Computer Aided Design and Drafting from Elgin Community College.
