Marlon Redulla

Marlon Redulla has a diverse work experience in various managerial roles. Marlon currently serves as the Director of Operations at The Middleby Corporation, where they are responsible for directing operational policies and initiatives, leading site transformation, and achieving P&L and operational goals. Prior to this, Redulla worked as a Senior Operations Manager at Dyson, overseeing project delivery, production demand, and leading a team of project managers. Marlon also served as a Manufacturing Director at Varian Medical Systems, where they supervised department heads and executed the company's strategy. Earlier in their career, Redulla held roles at Claymount Assemblies B.V., Ford Motor Company, and JIDECO, focusing on manufacturing engineering, tooling, and automation systems.
