Melissa Maki

Melissa Maki has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Melissa started their career in 2000 as a Special Event Chair at Kent State University. This was followed by an internship at Event Source in 2003. Melissa then joined Staples as an Operations Manager from 2001 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Schwebel Baking Co as a Marketing Coordinator and worked there until 2011. Melissa then moved to Edison Financial as a Marketing Manager from 2011 to 2012. Melissa briefly worked at Time Warner Cable Media as a Client Solutions professional in 2013. From 2014 to 2017, they held the role of AVP, Director of Marketing & Communications at Cortland Bank. Currently, they serve as the Vice President, Marketing Communications Director at The Middlefield Banking Company starting from February 2018.

Melissa Maki completed their Freshman Year in 2000 at Walsh University. Melissa then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications/ Marketing from Kent State University, graduating in 2003. Melissa continued their education at Eastern Michigan University, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from 2009 to 2011.
