Michael Cheravitch

Michael Cheravitch serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer at The Middlefield Banking Company since December 2023. Previously, Michael held various roles at F.N.B. Corporation from January 2019 to December 2023, including Regional Banking Executive and SVP Regional Banking Executive. Michael also worked as Chief Lending Officer and Director of Development at The Cornerstone Fund from February 2018 to February 2019 and held the position of SVP Business Banking Director and Credit Delivery Leader at Huntington National Bank from December 2016 to December 2017, where oversight included a team of 14 credit specialists. Earlier in Michael’s career, significant contributions were made as SVP, Director of Business Banking at FirstMerit Bank from August 2010 to December 2016, managing a team of 110 banking professionals across multiple states. Michael holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, Accounting, and Finance.
