Andrew Kucharski

Andrew Kucharski is currently the Director at Middlemark Partners, a boutique financial services firm that focuses on guiding the development of emerging alternative asset managers and institutional investors. Prior to his current role, Andrew held various positions at Conning, including Consultant Relations Senior Associate, Business Development Associate, and Institutional Solutions Associate. He also served as a TME Mentor for Finance at the University of Connecticut, where he directed and guided students in their field of study decision-making process. Additionally, Andrew gained valuable experience as a Financial Representative Intern at Foresters Financial, where he participated and won a mock client case competition. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
