Mark J. Finkelstein

Appointed by the Middlesex County Board of Chosen Freeholders in 2005.

Mark has served as the Vice Chair of the Middlesex County College Board of Trustees since 2017. He is the Superintendent of the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey. Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the College of New Jersey and a Master’s Degree from Rutgers University.
