Kaylee Baduria has a diverse professional background with experience in government and retail. Currently serving as an Agency Aide for Middlesex County, NJ since July 2022, Kaylee previously held positions including Assistant Manager and Stock Supervisor at J Crew Factory from March 2021 to July 2022, and Sales/Stock Associate at Banana Republic from May 2018 to May 2021. Kaylee's responsibilities included effective communication of merchandise needs, inventory management, maintaining customer service standards, and driving sales goals through teamwork. Kaylee also has a solid academic foundation with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Monmouth University, where involvement as a Resident Assistant and various office roles showcased leadership, program development, and organizational skills.
