Carlos Miller is an experienced Information Technology professional with a diverse background in IT management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Information Technology Infrastructure Manager at Middlesex Water Company since September 2020, Carlos has previously held pivotal roles such as Information Technology Manager at Care Design New York, where management of a Help Desk and supervision of eight technicians were key responsibilities.
