Hisney Nowfal

Hisney Nowfal is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in electrical engineering and project management within the water and maritime industries. Currently serving as the Water Segment Lead and Design Manager at Middleton Group since October 2019, Hisney has previously held roles such as Project Manager during a secondment at Yarra Valley Water and Electrical Project Engineer at Jacobs, where significant contributions were made to major projects including the Strategic Tunnel Enhancement Program and various treatment plant initiatives. With a Master’s degree in Energy and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, Hisney completed the Williamson Community Leadership Program at Leadership Victoria in 2023, enhancing leadership skills.
