Jimmy Middaugh

Jimmy Middaugh has extensive experience in the HVAC industry, currently serving as a Senior Commercial Estimator and Project Manager at Middleton Heat & Air since June 2019. In this role, Jimmy specializes in estimating, project management, design build, guaranteed maximum price (GMP) contracts, and sheet metal. Prior to this position, Jimmy spent nearly 18 years at A-C Specialties, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing construction projects and daily operations as Operations Manager, as well as holding roles as Jobsite Foreman and Sheet Metal Worker.
