Nathan Medlin

Nathan Medlin is an experienced finance professional specializing in real estate accounting. Currently serving as the Controller at Middleton Meyers since November 2025, Nathan previously held the position of Assistant Controller - Property at American Asset Corporation from July 2020 to October 2025, where leadership of a team and support for corporate acquisitions were key responsibilities.
