Brandon M. Stone has a diverse work experience in different organizations and roles. Starting in 2019, they worked as a Historic Interpreter at Drayton Hall Preservation Trust until June 2020. In 2020, they had two internships, first as a Metadata Intern at Low Country Digital Library and then as part of the College of Charleston Addlestone Library Special Collections. In 2021, Brandon joined the College of Charleston as a Teaching Fellow for four months. Currently, they are affiliated with Middleton Place Foundation, where they have held two positions. From February 2021 to June 2022, they served as the Interpretation & Volunteer Coordinator, and since June 2022, they have been working as an Engagement Manager. Overall, Brandon's work experience showcases their involvement in interpretation, preservation, education, and management roles.
Brandon M. Stone completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History at Coastal Carolina University from 2016 to 2019. Brandon M. then pursued further education at the College of Charleston where they completed a Master of Arts degree with a concentration in Public History from 2019 to 2021.
