Matt Oliver is an experienced professional in emergency services and telecommunications, currently serving as the Radio Systems Electronic Supervisor 1 at Louisville Metro Emergency Services since September 2017. With a comprehensive background at Louisville Metro Government since October 2002, Matt has held various positions, including Supervisor and Radio System Technician II, and has certifications as COMT and COML. Additionally, Matt has been a Firefighter/EMT with the Middletown Fire Protection District since January 2014, and previously served in similar roles at Worthington Fire Department and Lyndon Fire Protection District. Matt holds an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute, obtained between 1998 and 2000.

Middletown Fire Protection District
The Middletown Fire Protection District operates from three modern fire stations. Our Station # 1 (Headquarters) is strategically located in the eastern portion of the district at 108 Urton Lane. Our Station #2 is located at 10217 Shelbyville Road toward the western end of the district. Our Station #3 is located in the northeastern part of our district at 13012 Factory Lane. In addition, we also operate a Training Facility at 1350 North English Station Road which includes a burn building, a confined space training area, and a full-size training house.
