Eli Chardon

Eli Chardon has extensive experience in the field of human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Middletown Park Rehabilitation and Health Care Center since January 2020, having previously held roles including Human Resources Manager and Generalist. From September 2015 to January 2020, Eli worked as a Human Resources Coordinator, managing new employee paperwork and ensuring compliance with nursing licenses and certifications. Prior experience includes serving as an Inservice Assistant at Middletown Park from September 2007 to September 2015, scheduling appointments and assisting in the hiring process. Eli's career began in the hospitality industry as a Front Desk Agent at the Renaissance Westchester Hotel (February 1998 - September 2000) and as a Head Teller at The Chase Manhattan Bank (February 1992 - August 1997), overseeing teller operations. Eli pursued a nursing degree at Herbert H. Lehman College from 1989 to 1991.
