Jeremy Fulton

Jeremy Fulton has been working as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Middletown Park Rehab and Healthcare since January 2011, providing physical rehabilitation for patients with various conditions. Prior to that, Jeremy worked at Access Physical Therapy and Wallkill Physical Therapy, gaining experience in treating patients with different physical issues. Jeremy has also interned at various healthcare facilities during their education. With a background in martial arts and a degree in Music, Jeremy brings a diverse skill set to their role in healthcare.
