Dhruv Agarwal is the Co-Founder & CEO of Middleware, a company that assists engineering leaders in enabling their engineers to perform better. Prior to starting Middleware, Dhruv held various roles such as Senior Engineering Manager at A.P. Moller - Maersk, Engineering Manager at Shuttl, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer. Dhruv has also worked at companies like Kayako, OWASP Foundation, Codementor, HackerEarth, RedCarpetUp.com, Mozilla, and Veddis Labs in different technical roles. Dhruv holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Delhi Technological University and has a diverse educational background from SACHDEVA PUBLIC SCHOOL and Maharaja Agrasen Model School.
