Erika Reed

Erika Reed began their work experience in 2014 as an Engineer with The Equity Engineering Group, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined Middough Inc., initially serving as a Senior Engineer until 2019. Erika then transitioned to the role of Project Engineer until November 2020, when they were promoted to Project Manager. Erika is currently in this position at Middough Inc.

Erika Reed earned a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from Cleveland State University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at The University of Toledo, where they were enrolled from 2009 to 2013.
