Laura Strickhausen

Laura Strickhausen has over 27 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Laura started their career at Meldrum & Fewsmith in 1992 as a Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for the selection and placement of personnel, wrote the employee handbook, and established training and development programs. In 1996, they joined Glidden/ICI as a Senior Recruiter, managing both internal and external staffing processes. Laura then joined Middough Inc. in 1997 and held various roles including Employment Supervisor and currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager. In their current role, they partner with business leaders to perform talent management activities, directs employment and staffing processes, and leads the development and implementation of an Applicant Tracking System.

Laura Strickhausen has a BA in History from Kent State University. Laura also holds a M ED in Educational Administration, also obtained from Kent State University.
