David Brooks, CFA, has a diverse background in the financial industry. David began their career in 1989 as a Repo & Money Market Trader at Fidelity Investments. After five years, they moved on to become a Portfolio Manager at Bank of America. From 1997 to 2006, they worked as a Partner at Rockwood Capital Advisors, LLC. Following this, they joined MidFirst Bank as Senior Vice President / Director of Strategic Investments, where they managed the bank's Insurable Risk Department and provided guidance on risk management and investments. Currently, they are the President of LifeShield National Insurance Company, a life and health insurance provider affiliated with Midland Group. In this role, they focus on developing and promoting innovative insurance products to various organizations and individuals nationwide.

David Brooks, CFA holds an MBA degree in Finance from the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, which they completed from 1990 to 1993. David also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Economics from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business, where they studied from 1981 to 1984.
